Many of our customers are landlords who want to know their properties are in good hands without needing to micromanage any and all work that needs to be done. Sometimes tenants can expect a prompt response, even when reporting a problem in the middle of the night or over a weekend. With Refurbish you can be sure we'll be on site and working to resolve the problem as soon as if humanly possible. Depending on what suits you as landlord, we can confirm any costs or changes with you beforehand - or we can take charge and worry about the small details on your behalf.
